Claim

Visit the Trade up Now page on this website.

You will need to provide the below details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt Number
  • Serial number of your new purchase
  • Personal details
  • Bank details

Trade In

On approval to trade in:

  • Full instructions for trading in your items will be supplied via email on provisional approval of your claim.
  • You are required to include the barcodes provided with your trade-in devices. If they are not included, we may not be able to identify your trade-in devices and unable to validate your claim.
    Trade-in device(s) must be received within 30 days from approval of your claim. When your trade-in device has been received and tested you will be notified via email.

Payment

Your claim will be paid within 45 days of validation to your nominated bank account.
