How It Works
Follow these 4 simple steps
Purchase a qualifying product.
You can view the qualifying products, rewards and purchase periods on the Qualifying Products page.
On approval to trade in:
Full instructions for trading in your items will be supplied via email on provisional approval of your claim.
You are required to include the barcodes provided with your trade-in devices. If they are not included, we may not be able to identify your trade-in devices and unable to validate your claim.
Trade-in device(s) must be received within 30 days from approval of your claim. When your trade-in device has been received and tested you will be notified via email.
Your claim will be paid within 30 days of validation to your nominated bank account.
